Local decisions directly affect our daily lives. We support practical solutions that strengthen public services, protect individual freedoms, and ensure county government works transparently for its residents.

Protect Our Libraries and Freedom to Learn

We support an independent, professionally administered Crawford County Library System free from political interference. Libraries provide essential access to knowledge, literacy, education, and diverse viewpoints for every resident.

Invest in Our Sheriff's Deputies and Detention Officers

We support competitive pay, quality training, recruitment, and retention for Crawford County's deputies and detention officers. Investing in these public servants strengthens public safety and helps retain experienced personnel instead of losing them to neighboring communities.

Restore Accountability in County Spending

We call for repealing the September 2026 Quorum Court decision allowing county funds to be spent at businesses owned or operated by county employees. We support replacing it with a five-member, nonpartisan advisory board of local residents to oversee spending, address conflicts of interest, and ensure transparency.

Demand Accountability in County Legal Representation

We call for terminating Gentry Wahlmeir's employment as Crawford County Attorney and support a county referendum urging the Prosecuting Attorney to terminate his appointment as deputy prosecuting attorney. Public confidence requires transparency, accountability, and trust in county government.

Support Rural Fire Departments

We support partnering with rural fire departments to establish a convenient, transparent process for collecting and distributing fire dues through the County Treasurer, where legally authorized. Strong rural fire services protect our residents, farms, homes, and businesses.

Repair Our Roads and Bridges

We support sustained investment in paving and maintaining county roads, repairing bridges, and addressing hazardous routes. Rural residents deserve safe, dependable infrastructure wherever they live.

Quality Public Education

Every child deserves a quality public education regardless of ZIP code or family income. We support strong public schools, competitive teacher pay, early education, career training, and affordable higher education.

Strong Infrastructure and Rural Connectivity

We support investment in safe roads and bridges, reliable water and sewer systems, broadband access, and infrastructure that connects rural communities to opportunity.

Good Jobs and Strong Local Economies

We support good-paying jobs, fair wages, small businesses, workforce development, and responsible economic incentives that deliver measurable benefits to Arkansas workers and communities.

Protect Arkansas Farmers

We support family farmers, fair markets, responsible conservation, and policies that address rising operating costs and help Arkansas agricultural communities remain economically strong.

Protect Communities From Harmful Data Center Development

We oppose data center projects that threaten water resources, raise electricity costs, strain infrastructure, or create significant environmental risks. Communities deserve transparency, meaningful public input, and enforceable protections before major projects are approved.

Affordable Healthcare and Stronger Families

We support affordable healthcare, stronger rural hospitals, mental health services, lower prescription drug costs, and policies that help Arkansas families live healthier, more secure lives.

Make Life More Affordable

Families should be able to afford housing, groceries, utilities, healthcare, and education. We support good-paying jobs, stronger small businesses, lower prescription drug costs, and policies that help working families get ahead.

Protect Healthcare and Healthy Communities

We support affordable healthcare, protecting Medicare and Medicaid, expanding mental health services, and protecting access to reproductive healthcare. Every American deserves quality care regardless of income or ZIP code.

Defend Democracy and Civil Rights

We support free and fair elections, voting rights, equal treatment under the law, and the freedoms to speak, learn, worship, organize, and participate in civic life. Government must serve the public, not just powerful special interests.
